Don't know Matt, but all the best buddy. This sucks, just plain sucks. I was gonna suggest if he was okay about it to post his cell # and we could send him some txts to cheer him up, but I imagine that wouldn't work either.

There are no strangers in Kiwi Biker, only friends I haven't yet met.
Eek, very sucky dude !
...Best wishes for a speedy and full recovery![]()
Damn both hands....I hope you have a speedy recovery.
Don't just live to ride but ride to live.
I'm going for a visit. Who wants to go with me? (Sat noon perhaps?)
If you can make it on Kiwibiker you can make it anywhere.
FFS! It would seem Auckland drivers are targeting Matt's on bikes during movember... Me last week now this dude. Arm broken in two places doesn't sound like fun!
Just got back from visiting Winter in ye olde Auckland hoospitaal!
He was remarkably lucid considering the droogs they've filled him up to the eyeballs with ... wandering around shirtless and catching the eyes of the student nurses... lucky lad eh?
I'll let him poink out the details since he will be there for a wee while yet, getting a laptop in soon so he can keep up with the KB frolics!
I did ask him the most important question ...
"How's the bike?"
He shooed me off 'cause he wanted to get some good ol'horspital food in his tum-tum ... and didn't want me to hang around to see the jab in his bum-bum![]()
"I like to ride anyplace, anywhere, any time, any way!"![]()
I also don't know winter personally but any biker down is like a family member getting hit so i wish him all the best for a quick recovery!! and those stinkin needles in the QUOTE "bum-bum"
oh thats not good to hear at all! winter, when you read this i'll be thinking about you when im out riding my bike while your stuck inside![]()
Then I could get a Kb Tshirt, move to Timaru and become a full time crossdressing faggot
*shuffles in* why the heck is this in rant and rave???? *shuffles out*

the really happy person is one who can enjoy the scenery when on a detour.
Eeeek, both arms!
I think Shakespeare said it best: Now this Winter of ours is discontent.
(With apologies to the Bard for the slight modification).
All the best for your recovery.
I visited his room this afternoon. He was transferred to room 8c from room 2. The room has a wide window (W~I~D~E). Hes got a million dollar scenery indeed. Hope that helps him heal
He seems alright (good), but looks very tired becauase of all the drugs he got from surgeries.
He showed me the X-Rays and omg it was horribleI shall tell no more lol
Well, he also mentioned about the student nurses being kind to him (jealousy
) I should break my own arms too hahaha
When my dad was in a hospital, he told me how boring was while staying in a hospital bed. So I suggest maybe (if it's ok) we should go sometime and visit him
Suggestions?
