People who are gay don't scare me because I see most of them as people first and gay second because 'gay' is only part of what they are. Apart from the 'gay' part, they are just like me. (There are some of course who are 'gay' first and that defines their whole being ... a bit like being a full on biker)
I was lucky enough to have a gay uncle who came out around about the time I was 13. He was my favourite relative (from the extended family) so when I was going through those teenage years and my mates were accusing each other of being 'homos' at the drop of a hat, I always thought that it wasn't such an insult.
I've worked with quite a few people who are gay ... even had an offer once when I was in staff accommodation which I declined ("we don't have to do anything, just lie here and cuddle" he said). Indeed my previous boss and current boss were/are both gay. Not a worry there except for the time my previous boss said to me in passing "You're quite big aren't you? Did you play rugby?" My current boss is a gay gal so no worries there. We have a great 'blokey' relationship and its really cool to be able to have that sort of a relationship with a woman without the risk of suspicion or rumours.

Do humans have recreational sex with male dolphins!

    I agree - it's unnatural - and you'd drown!

It seems that in the gay community that bisexual people are frowned upon but in the straight community if its a bisexual woman then its more of a blessing...not too sure what the theory is behind this...

Is it because we cant make up our mind?

I would agree... It seems less acceptable in gay communities but then again being bi in the straight community men mostly see it as a way in to that 3some they wanted lol...(not all men)

Being bi does not mean you cant make up your mind its more you find specific things in people that attract you and your open enough to have that come from a woman or a man. Who says we have to be with one or the other when it comes to attraction....Its just we know what we like and don’t mind what sex they are.

I doubt that it's anything to do with the inherent scariness of gay people (although there's plenty of scary looking fat dykes out there). Probably it's just that most people aren't suppressing the built in knowledge that humans have that homosexuals are an unclean deviant scurge on the earth that need to be wiped out at the earliest opportunity. Lets face it, they can't breed, they're good for nothing.

Bravo!!!! Couldn't have said it better myself...

Why is it that people feel a strong need to label each other...I've been asked many times which side of the fence I sit on...but why should anyone have to answer such a question?
