He is going to have to hurry up, i am not goign to be local for long.
When you go, we'll happily take your place. I love Whakatane, would move there in a heartbeat. Awesome roads on your doorstep, awesome weather, countryside, seaside, people, not too big a town but not too small either, would be my pick to retire too.
Ralph this would be a good direction to head for our ride

Perfection is not something you should ever attain, but something to always strive for. For if we actually achieve our idea of perfection, is it then any longer perfect?
Ah you are still wet behind the ears Mr McDuck. Now that I realise your tender age is 19, it's understandable you want to move to bigger more exciting places. At 42 yrs I am definitely contemplating somewhere to finally settle. Dont get me wrong, there's still plenty of life (and motorcycling) in this old girl yetBut Im done with the late nights on the town (although when we party we dont go to bed until sunrise the next day, ask Mom, she can confirm that
), and I can still do a 50 hr working week, then ride 400ks on a Friday night till midnight to go see my boy up in Whangarei. Whakatane is perfect for some, and you may come to respect it in later years for what it is.
Meantime, enjoy your youth, you only have it once (although we still behave well below our ages at times).
