    Blackest material ever created

    US researchers said they have made the darkest material on Earth, a substance so black it absorbs more than 99.9% of light.

    Made from tiny tubes of carbon standing on end, this material is almost 30 times darker than a carbon substance used by the US National Institute of Standards and Technology as the current benchmark of blackness.

    Well it seems this stuff is Blacker than the Blackest Black thing on the Blackest Black night.

    Bet the bloody Russians have a Blacker Black thing though

    Yeah. 'Disaster Area' used this stuff to coat the outside of their stunt space ships before crashing them into the nearest sun at the culmination of their concerts, to create solar flares.

    Soooo black....Sooo cool.
