Hey all, it's been a while!

Congrats on the new toy Glen, you're starting to get a tidy little collection going on... Tho I've got to ask, wtf is up up the gold & green?

I see Iain's got a new ride too! Damn, that's gotta be a slight improvement on the old bus!

I'm sure there's plenty more changes but I don't have time to scroll thru all the pages... I did hear thru the grapevine that some ugly fat bugger bought some butt ugly POS with too many lights... Hope his missus has retained her great taste in bikes.

Anyway, I'm comin' home for a few weeks. I fly in on Friday and was wondering if anyone has a place I can crash on Saturday night as I've got a weeding down the mount to go to.

Better et going, will catch ya's all soon at a Thursday night (still the same place I'm guessing?)

Just a quick thumbs up to Police for Policing the bus/bike lane on Hewletts Road this arvo.

After a week in Gisborne then Napier and driving about 1500k's in the car (grrr) I had to go into work, so hopped on the bike about 4pm. I was glad I did - Hewletts Road was packed solid heading to Tga so I head off down the bus lane and some prick in a 4 wheel drive cuts in front of me near Strata, and pulls the finger in the rear view mirror at the same time.

I sit on his ass and as we come up to Totara Street a HP car pulls out and into the bus lane behind me, red and blues flashing...

I turn around and shrug my shoulders as if to say "me?". The cop shakes his head and points to the 4x4 and I pull over. The cop pulls over the 4x guy, who looks right pissed off. HA!

Love those lanes I get dirty looks all the time from stationary cages when using them, feeling smug as I cruise along, hand on hip, whistling away lol.

Very nice Glen, personally I think they are one of the nicest wee machines on the market today and after all the positive write ups cannot understand why there isn't more of them out there.
DON"T PAINT IT GREEN or GOLD stick with the charcoal.
