I usually do 2 circuits when practicing, then stop and chill out before getting back to it. Today I made a lot of progress and on my 3rd run stayed out longer - and did the ol 'just a little bit higher' - ive verted before and been sweet, but I think I slipped off the back, I eventually let go and the rear went down on the right, and hard onto the left.
Pics arent too good, show how bad the bars got it (just like the cage) and the twisted forks (which are now straight)
