Factory pro is a great site, lots of good tech articles on several bikes. Read up a bit on that True HP site, goes into dynojet dynamometers,
Am doing rite now, makes a total mockery of what people say bout hteir bikes hp readings, lol. Shame really, cus when i have to get mine re-tuned their gonna tell me a nice high hp reading and i now know its not true
Still rips the other 250s thow.

    From the site linked
    torque x rpm / 5252 = horsepower + parasitic power = True HP

Which means as I've long suspected...HP is a completely useless figure anyway....and we should all be paying much more attention to torque.

Maybe manufacturers should start listing figures like
90% of peak torque available from x to y rpm or something

Nice cheers, yea im looking at doing some of the same things you have done like screaming demon pipe from auz (did you rejet?), some braided lines, tinted screen.

also cleaning up the rear end, i took off the silver pillion handle but found the seat wobbled a bit so put it back on for the mean time, and yea wana get rid of that plastic licence plate mount and have it look like your rear end alot cleaner.

Hopefully can start doing some of that stuff next month still getting all insurance and other stuff ready then its all on

Those new ninjas are nice. A black aftermarket pipe would set it off.

Damn this bike sounds nice with that Moriwaki pipe on it, nice and throaty, had many people thinking it was a VTR1000 till he came around the corner on it!
