Should be. Having to lengthen the inidcator wires for your pannier frames eh? Had to do that on the old Bandit too. Shame Givi don't give ya some sort of plug in extension.

It's good gear and pretty well thought out but they could finish things off just a little bit better, especially for the DIY installs. Some of the bolts and things they use are a bit crappy too. Got any loctite? Both Mark & I lost bolts from our racks at different times on our Bandits...

Hope my top box rack is a bit better when it finally gets here...

Don't they come with nylock nuts now? Gerties had her Givis fitted for 20 odd years without anything falling of.

From memory there was only 2 nylock nuts included with my racks. Don't get me wrong the gear is really good and works! Can't wait to finally be able to use my topbox and leave the panniers at home most of the time. Basic maintenance to check for loose nuts & bolts eh? Just ask a Harley rider...

But how can you check it properly with the bike having such large skirts.

Just may have to have a peek up under her skirts then...or wait for a large gust of wind.

Ok a plan is forming. Leave Ashhust 11am, pick up any riders up at Aokautere, over the "track", Pahiatua for a top up of the CX. The rest of the route will be discussed tomorrow.
