search for powertoys image resizer for windows. It adds to your right click menu and is "not bad" very fast and easy to use.

Pic number 5 I didn't want to crop or resize cause then you wouldn't be able to read it very well. Spotted on a Buell parked up on the hill by Westpac corner was this.
