I agree with the 400cc rock-surfing mutant -- surely we should take advantage of the fact that most of us are students and thus have weirdy holidays and can take a break when we like.

Stopping for petrol every 100k's, everyone having to match the pace of the slowest (cough GN cough), toppling over from the weight of extra gear, can't wait!

Just let us know about sleeping arrangements, I don't mind camping though but no brokeback mountains styles.

how about a 2 day tour of the coromandel? do the loop 4 times - two times a day _b heaps of camp sites and best roads ever.

I agree! I just went to Palmy for hog nationals and brought 4 riders back to do coro for 2 days........best roads ever even they had to agree....... sights are awesome and plenty of pubs.
