Ya sound almost as smart as your uncle - hopefully not and you learn something from it.

And until you learn some etiquette I suggest you cease to post.

And the only reason I would not say it to your face would be for the the same reason - fair enough?

Oh, and explain what your uncle has done to deserve MY respect???

Good guy and uncle and all that taken into account, but it still would have been easier to just wear a normal seat belt. There are better ways to poke borax at cops if you must. Sorry to you sedge2 at your loss but you gotta admit, it was a stupid waste of life just to prove a minor point that no-one really gives a shit about.. Or was it because he was stoned..?

Hey Sedge, sorry for your loss.

But your uncle died in a hilarious and entirely self-caused way.
So we're having a laugh at his expense.

If I'm not sorry, does that make me a complete bastard?
    Yeah, guess it does.

I'm with Steam here. Sorry for your loss - but that doesn't make it any less funny to be quite fricking honest!

Fuck it, if I stuff it in a stupid way I bloody well hope someone will be around to laugh at it - and eventually I hope that both my family and friends would be able to laugh at it too. There's nothing I'd rather avoid than becoming famous while still alive - post humorous on youtube would be fine by me though!

Anything else would be a waste.

No loss as far as I'm concerned. I'd be ashamed to be related to him so I sure as fuck wouldn't own up to it.

It could have been a family member of mine that died in that accident cause some prick was hi.

Good ridence I say, fuck off you total loser. (your uncle, not you mate.)

Yeah, so all the "motorcyclists" take the moral high ground.

You know - the seat belt was there, but because of is personal preference, he chose not to use it - he is a Darwin Candidate.

But, per km the seat belt hardly enters the road safety equation. The thing to ban is the motorcycle.

That would really lower the road toll.

    Look at it this way.

When people choose to do something that is "less than the safety ideal" you should choose caution before you attack.

Because as long as the debate is "safe motorcycling" you win if you offer the ATGATT approach.

The trouble is, someone will re-define the question as "safe transport". Then, by your own definition, you are all Darwin candidates.

Thats because, someone will say "Pefectly safe transport on the bus was available.. but this Darwin dude because of personal preference chose to ride a motorcycle...what a loser !"

I'd give everybody in this post red rep if I had the energy.. you represent the very attitudes that will ensure that my grandkids don't ride a motorcycle.
David must play fair with the other kids, even the idiots.

The idiot was hoist by his own petard.

Sort of like a biker wearing an imitation helmet to beat the law (and Darwin)that kills himself.

He thought he was smart - he was up until he died.

    Bad luck.

    Next?

    lol spot on.

I'm just glad the guy is gone cause my family & I live close by and I pass through that town a lot, one less freak to mess up other peoples lives.

A brain dead P freak we need not.
To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and to endure the betrayal of false friends. To appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; to know that even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded

Or like doing some wheelies at a mate's funeral?

Yet when I laugh at these idiots, I get called every name under the sun.

Take a look at this thread and see the double standard going on here...

It was because he was driving a car, that everyone here thinks he is fair game. If he was riding a motorcycle when he met his end, then it would have been "RIP rider... our thoughts are with the family" crap.

This lot have a double standard between motorcyclists and car drivers.
