Takas in fine form tonight. Just been over to Martinborough and back. Only a long line of cars building before the roadworks upper hutt on Sh2. Other than that pretty nice over the hill tonight

Good ride this evening. Weather perfect.

About 25 bikes, most from Avalon, meeting at the Tin Hut.

Mechanics did a good job on Lissa's bike.

With a bit of luck and time management (Tui) I will join you next week. That's if you don't mind a collection of dodgy old parts and fluid leaks following you around. (The bike is just as bad too).
The best way to forget all your troubles is to wear tight underpants.

Great ride last night - good to catch up with a couple of the rapa riders too. (Thanks to Sel (and whoever else it was) for being TEC's.) One to go before daylight saving. It would be cool if we could get a big turnout for next Wednesday - the noise of the bikes cruising through U Hutt was awesome. Cheers DJ

Lissa was great to catch up with you at the Tin Hut and spending a few minutes before the main group arrived....for some strange reason I just made the connection between: Pizza, The Tin Hut, and Faulty Towers, with Elle delivering the pizza, Manuel [Kiwibiker to be identified] taking the drinks orders, and Bassell Faulty [I'd volunteer but some say I am too organised] and of course Bassell's wife and the Major. Perhaps we may just have a theme for a ride one TCWNR next spring.

Best regards to you Sean, and see you in the spring time.

Don't forget we need O'Reilly to build a helmet shelf and bike stands - probably across the doorway i would think.

Truth be told I was moderately gobsmacked to see you lot in Upper Hutt, I'd taken fookin' ages to polish off me burger & chups and the barmaid chatted for some time after that.

I did get a good tow via a local Falcon ute, passing the pub at a good 160 just as I left, at least as far as Feathers'. Thought I was fairly restrained on the hill too, 'cause while the Buell's lights might be legal they probably shouldn't be.

I sota figured you'd stopped off somewhere for gas or sommat...
