Bar Africa arnt looking after us anymore and IMHO the food is better at the Ale House

The Speights Ale House is a bar/restaurant on Oteha Valley Road in the middle of Albany..

Known for really crap service, really crap food and cheap beer.

I thought the ale house kicked everyone out in the first place....

Personally I have always found the food pretty good at all the ale houses I have been to around the country, an I dont think the beer is all that cheap either, just average prices for a pint.

Ale House did not kick us out, the bar manager on a Thursday changed and we were no longer being looked after (free food, our own little room when it wasnt being used by paying functions, etc). Bar Africa started looking after us when we first arrived but now they are no better than what the Ale House were (just they seem to charge a little more for some things)

And there food is not as nice at bar Africa. I personally always had good service at the speights ale house.

yeah the new brew isnt bad. bit small, lack of parking, and no outside over though.

Nah by the time the ride gets in they are probly finish and i am not that interested in looking at topless ladys.
