MMMmmmmm.... 'scrub in'...... if there is any, would be 'free practice'

I've never heard an untimed practice session called 'scrub in' anywhere i've raced before but if there is some i will be very happy....as will my motor.
The older i get the faster i used to be.......

My engine is currently still in pieces awaiting some shims etc and will need to be run in a tad so i kind of hoped there was some free practice..... i guess i know the answer but hey you never know.

I may well be the one in Q who's circulating slowly trying not to rev their bike.......
Last year the organisers kindly let the Supersport and Superbikes combine their practice sessions, however only your nominated class times counted. This wont be of any help to you as Supersport session's normally first.

I'd recomend asking sweetly if you can tag on the back of some of the earlier practices as a run in period. No guarantees but VMCC are probably the most accomodating club for that kind of thing. Just don't go out with the 150s and like a cock go carving them up.

DB is the new Porridge. Cause most of the mods must be sucking his cock ..... Or his giving them some oral help? How else can you explain it?

There's actually only 11 litre bikes entered in F1. That's gonna be a shit load of angry six hundy riders being held up through the infield then roosted down the long straight
However, 57 bikes on track for the Supersport practice/qualifying would seem too many is my estimation.
    ooooohhh qualifying will be important!!

Good to see the weather forecast is lookin better, but just in case it's wrong, does anyone have a useable wet rear 180 or 190 they wanna part with? One of ours is buggered and I'd kinda like to be prepared for the worst.

I'll have a set of used Michelin wets 120/70 and 18/67 with me at the track, which are for sale. You can check 'em out and strike a deal if you're keen. I woulda used them but I scored a super cheap rear and bought a new front.

Well....aparently it's MY rear wet that Drew's talking about. It's munted. I didn't know there was anything wrong with my rear , I looked at it earlier this week and it was sitting on a rim, all nice and plump, just how it should be. Drew!!! what have you done to it???

Anyway....thanks Toast, if you could bring it to the track that would be great. As I just may need it if the size will work for me. PM me with the price etc if you like so I can bring some dosh

Yep...they let me scrub some new brake pads in on the warm up lap of F3 last year at manfield...was bloody good of them too!! especially as I'm scared of scrub in sessions!!
