    AJ,I am impressed, at least you cleaned the used oil out of the drain tray before using it to eat out of

    Pity you are not in Hamilton, seems it is the season there for flats to break up, heaps of people wanting places to stay, actually no, I got that wrong, heaps of people who's flatmates want them to find somewhere elese to live...
