i was down the beach and meet up with my m8 on the 110 china POS. and i just had a blat and let my m8 have it back (mine was still tucked up in the shead) when the cop i blitzd turns up and knws my m8 from family stuf. and starts wrighting him out a ticket for ridding it on the road (it was a semi sealed track down the beach) with no helmet, no rego, no warrent, asked if he had a license he lyk nar i got 2 many demerits so im disqualified (sp) he like M8!!! your in the shit now.

my m8 was leik but this isnt even a road and kids blat up and down here all the time. Why should it matter if i got no license? its just a kids toy.

cop says there is a law that stats any parth or place that is not private property is a ROAD. even public reserves can be classed as roads.

THEN.... looks at me and liek your the one that did the runner from me the other night arnt you?

then said to my m8 ill post you your summons (sp), walk it home. and drove off.

HOW MUCH BS IS THAT.
he couldnt even give him one ticket and give him a warrning. my m8 has only got demrits in his car and the cop knows this. he just being a c*nt coz he can. we werent even terrorising the streets or nuffink.

If I understand the post correctly, you're not happy about ticketing on a beach.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but all beaches are legal roads in NZ...

yeah ive had security gaurds give me simular treatment, rolling up and saying they seen me breakin the law and there gonna call the cops on me, but you know how we stunterz roll:

yer cop said that. but he just went nunts with tickets, he will send them out so my mate (i will no longer be lazy) dosent know wat hes getting. but we could of at least got a warning. it was first time offence for this kind of stuf. that he caught any way
