    What a cool bike!

Big thanks and praise to RantyDave and Mrs RantyDave.

This afternoon on a gorgeous sunny day I picked up the very beautiful VTR250 that I shall be using to earn my full license on next Friday.

What an awesome bike! Really comfy nice smooth power delivery and so flickable and confidence inspiring
(ps: I will not scrape the pegs I promise - though it would be so easy and is very tempting...I must and will resist )

If there are any newbees out there that are looking for a good learner, commuter, nice round town bike get one of these! AND if you happen to have stuffed your shoulders through offs at the buckets and other such type activities then even better! Very comfy bike. I can see why people like HOnets and Speed Triples and other bikes with that kind of riding position.

Also I have to reflect on the fact that I am clearly just getting old and weary and I might need to look at a less sporty positioned ride at some stage

Anyway - thank you sir! I look forward to returning your little beauty to you with my full license paper in hand

FOR MR and MRS RantyDave - I really will not scrape the pegs or anything else on it's pretty little body! I promise

There is a lot to be said for neck and back comfort, being able to see EVERYTHING around you and the feeling of the wind hitting almost every part of your body... yeeehaaaaa!!

It's the easiest to ride bike in the entire world, that's what that is.

I never got anywhere near dragging the foot pegs, but then I don't have a dodgy past in bucket racing

I passed, I passed oh yeah yeah yeah

Thanks again to MR and Mrs RantyDave

Nailed it...one peice of advise I was given during my practise test was 'denounced' by the tester though and he was a bit stern in asking me why I did it - when I explained he said ok but NO so I went on from there and did the opposite. AND yay! I passed I passed oh yeah yeah yeah...pity it so effing cold here otherwise I'd be straight on the SV...need some food though got me a hunger headache

    See yall out there

Better be careful of that Number 1.

Congrats on passing your test and within the time frame you said you would.
