    Rep abuse.

Firstly I apologize for any rep abuse I've given out. Ive been on the site for a while, and probably given out some rep that people have taken seriously.

The rep system is being abused, by posting abuse at people.

I don't actually care what someone says about me on the internet but its growing tiresome having a page of "drop dead" or "im going to smack you one next time i see you" every time i log onto kb

Whats the benefit of the rep? none, but it is fun.

Maybe somehow we can get an option of not putting in a comment on the rep? or not on the negative rep - its not needed really.

Then I could get a Kb Tshirt, move to Timaru and become a full time crossdressing faggot

I believe you are right, never have given a red and only ever received one, always put a comment on though just to let the other know how or why I feel they deserve the green.

Some people like the fact they can hide behind a keyboard and abuse others with little or no recrimination, somehow these same folks end up with some role of self importance on various boards and let that go to their heads as if it validates them, in reality these folks have little or nothing to offer and would make perfect politicians.
Its not the destination that is important its the journey.

Especially when those posting have a low post count, thus not having the ability to see who posted the rep. And think nobody else does either...

Validation often increases with the alcohol content...

    There are perfect Politicians ?????

I just tried to blank-red-rep RM's post, there, and it told me a comment is required.

How ironic - A pot calling a kettle... something... As usual RM, so many people on KB feel agrieved when what they hand out comes straight back at them. Live by the sword for long enough and you're bound to get shot or at least shot at...
They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn.

any rep that you think is abuseive report it and mod will deal with it.

There is also an opinion called 'no rep'

which people can give you rep. but you do not see it. so don't have to worry about it

No Rep option , lol like that will work within KB where half the members are complete rep hunters and gatherers, not to mention the many involved in daily rep mustering groups to get there rep level up as high as possible quickly to satisfy their ego...............kinda like the mentor programe.
get rid of it and squash half the threads numbers overnight
Ive run out of fucks to give

Thats the problem in a nutshell I reckon. Until KB moderators refuse to tolerate it, KB will descend into a world of violence and abuse, not like it hasn't already.

Ha ha ha. Now that IS the pot calling the kettle black. All we need now is III coming along protesting his innocence and I thinks we'll have the set.
