even tho i am heavy i can still do chin-ups. Given not many i feel that if you can do that at anyweight then the weight itself is not a problem.
i can do 50 chin ups... now if we are talking with my feet leaving the ground thats another story

its the weight and fat build up on the inside thats the problem

Oh I *heard* him (or at least read him)... I'm just not following the logic. Is he saying we should all endeavour to live a long life (not that being a lanky streak of weasel piss guarantees anything of the sort anyway) just so we can go full circle and end up being fed by someone else, dribbling and shitting our nappies for 10 years, only to eventually suffer a lingering painful death? Fuck that. Give me a single massive heart attack over that.

Sorry if you are gonna have a heart attack it better be fatal.. because if its not its the most ..PAINFUL.. thing you will ever feel.. believe me i know.. and the feeling of pending death and dread is somthing i wouldnt wish on my worst enemy.. i tend to make fun of it .. but its really
a pretty serious thing to go through and if you do live, it takes months to come right, somtimes years.one thing my cardiologist said to me was ,i bet now you wish you had looked after your arteries.....the answer is yes

That cardiologist doesn't sound very professional. In any case, a lingering death from cancer isn't painful? The bloody treatment is bad enough. I know what I'd prefer of the two, and I also know I prefer living rather than wasting time with worry.

Having a cast on my arm and sitting on my arse for 7 weeks hasn't helped matters. I've ballooned out to 68kg, 182cm Will be some hard work getting back down to race weight.

I never said you did say it, but just because you didn't say it doesn't mean you're going to live forever, McCloud...
