Yep, the Vmax will appear on a FNR quite shortly I'd say, looking forward to seeing it. Ashhurst Mobil 6 pm every Friday during daylight saving, will be good to see you there

Yeah considering the weather looks as if it may pack up a bit in the weekend maybe an appearance on the FNR is in order.

Just made some changes to the suspension on the 14, will ride to Palmerstown
to check out said changes, will hopefully be at Cafe Cuba @ 4:30 - 4:45 for a beverage if anyone wants to join me.

Will bump this post before I head out.

I might just do that Sarge! I'm thinking about doing that River Rd again this afternoon.

I've been down to Freedom this morning to check out a VL250 for Tracy. Brought home some brochure's and she seems keen. I think I'm more excited than her!

Speaking of suspension changes, are there many people on here that are clued up on this in the palmy area? I've done nothing with mine other than check it's all on factory settings and I'd like to do at least the preload/sag setup for my body weight and maybe more needs tweaking.
I wouldn't exactly call myself an advanced/fast rider so don't want to fiddle too much but would just like to make sure things are 'right'.
It feels a little firm. Just one of those things on my 'to do list'!

Don't look at me either, I just fiddle bit by bit until I think i've come to an acceptable compromise, usually takes me months to get there too.

i'll have a crack at the 25-30mm sag setup at some stage myself.

My partner Pauly will be able to give you some guidance (he use to work in parts at Phil Turnballs), he has done mine and we are off to do a SV350 race bike tonight as well.

Well I am fucked for the FNRs for a while. Managed to break my right foot riding a dirtbike of varied parentage into my brother in laws gold claim near Greymouth over Christmas. Mind you who needs to use the back brake anyway? I would just need someone to lift me on at the start and get me off at the end as I wouldnt be able to take the crutches
