    Right

    Right!

I decided I need to make more of an effort to meet other bikers.. So I am definitely coming on this ride!

Will meet you all at Westgate 9am. To have a chat, coffee etc

Will ride with you as far as Te Hana (the turn off to Mangawhai) just after Wellsford.

Will probably go Tailend charlie for the fast group! hated riding in the middle of a group makes me nervous!

Look forward to seeing you.. on Sunday!

Ohh can I suggest you guys go through Mangawhai and then up through Waipu.. So much more fun then sticking to the straight lines of the highway!

Why bother telling her - it'll be pretty self-evident soon enough. When you get home you just get the BBQ ready to fire up and people will start turning up and your wife will figure out what's happening.

If it starts a fight then all your guests get a free show with their dinner.

Ok , I did the route to the lakes today with the northern exposure group, so here are the things you can expect tomorrow:

Heaps of cops - marked and undercover, and they are targeting bikers most of all. I have a written proof

Metled tar on quite a few places - please keep your eyes open and avoid all dark black patches on the road.

Quite a few cages - holliday traffic and all.

apart from that weather is hot as and a swim will be most enjoyable
