Hawke's Bay weekend rides

Given the hit or miss situation we've been having about folk turning up to BP for our rides and with Rob & George's bikes out of action the numbers will be few or zilch I thought I might go on this ride this Sat.
So why don't any of you who can come too.

They meet or leave at Clive BP at 1.00 on Sat, go for a decent ride then end up at their clubrooms opposite the prison at Bridge Pa for beers etc.

If I havent gone away flor the weekend will be a starter. Had a look at the 675 Daytona today in at Pro Cycles, very nice!

Sounds just the job, would join u but just chopped up my hand today

& will need a week to lose the sling & get a glove on so maybe you can let me know if there's going to b a Bp ride soon. BTW I'm Xan from Haumoana & yes i admit i have a problem with speed so show me a 10 step programme to get more of it!

Funny today 2 blokes came into work and noticed my black Trumpy sitting there.
Reckon they know a few guys who would buy it.
Not that I mentioned it was for sale, which it is'nt, I think, but who the fuck knows with me.
But a 675 hmmm............

Yeah all good with Triumph, at least until your mate totals it on Middle Rd 4 u, as with my Daytona last year.

BTW, are you the bloke who used to have a Daytona 955 that was wrecked?
If so might have met you on the RAT rides once or twice, you got the Blade too right? As seen in your profile above?

All in the grand plan but gotta pay some bills first. Yep that would b me, havn't been out with the trumpy group recently, mostly just riding track days & thinking about a track bike

The Trumpy group seems dead, hardly anyone turns up.
Usually Gerald and whoever. I've missed the Dec one and Jan one as I was at the Triumph day at Taupo.
I've reg for Taupo trackday Feb 27th, are you going to that?
Was gonna get a garage, so theres room to share with a few.
Room on the bike trailer too if Dale is'nt coming.
I like the idea of a track bike soley and a road bike as well.
Just learning the trackday thing atm and have'nt decided whether to keep my Duc as TD only or flick one of the others, well prob the blacky, as I love my Speed Triple for the road, and get a 955 Tona or 675.

Yep i'm registered, would b great 2 share a garage so count me in. Trumpy grp must b hit & miss if u believe sprocket/gerald, he says its goin good & i did spy a good group of them one sunday maybe 4 or 5 months ago but I lost touch & only checked in with sprocket just before the taupo track day. Couldn't go to that one, would have been greedy ( & knackering) to do 3 days in a row, 2 was plenty! Have to say I prefer Kiwi Track Days, 3 groups beats 4.

Ok, I'll check in with ya closer to the time and sort it out, I'll book a garage tommorrow. Hopefully more off here might make it but being a Friday its a bastard. It will be only my 2nd TD and never been on Taupo, and I've booked for group 3, spose you'll be in the fast lot eh.
