Mate, you are already a compitent rider, watching you at Manfeild shows that you are thinking about your riding well! SO, go get one, they only go as fast as you pull the trigger, they really are a very easy bike to ride power wise

And how are you gonna afford this?

I feel like I'm lagging behind, I'm only going to be able to ride my little 150 next year. I need an SP1

That was me in my bro's log in

Once I leave school and have a higher paying job, maybe I'd have the money to combat all my bike problems and maybe I'd have a chance to get some ride time and catch up with you... I hope

I have ridden a mates GSXR1100. but is was a very short ride. I loved it.

But i am wondering if racing a 600 with no big bike experience would be a bit stupid? Are they as brutal as everyone says they are?

And also, Any one wanna lend me one to try out before i buy one?

    cheers peoples,

    Glen
so what will you do with that crapped out snail of an 150..???
    it must NOW be worthless?
i'l take it off your hands for a beer ( you are buying)..
i'll give it to luke and he'll kick your arse on your new 600

    Thanks for the replys peoples!!

So it seems that it would not be as a huge step up as one 600 racer told me.
I really like the idea of a bigger bike. It feels on the 150 that it is just a matter of holding the throttle open!!. If i can pull a 1:26 short track I'll definatly move up!! ( 2 seconds left to go!! )
