    Some More Oko Pics

Right, stopped fanning about on the bike tonight and got back to posting up the piccies I took!

Just a few from the bike park and a shot towards the outside deck where it was pretty filled to the gunnels with riders!

Last shot is one entree of road rash! Using his own special brand of antiseptic! Don't try this at home kiddies!

    My riding group

Cheers to everyone that allowed my little 250cc to tag along! Really enjoyed the company and the small funny moments (the Okoroire signposting was a fave game to play "I spy" with!) The route was fantastic and watching other experienced riders going through their paces was instructional!

The rest was when we left Oko pub and making our trip home, group leader pulled us over for a smoko and confab about "Where we were" - no hay problema, everyone gunned for home, I got left on the Hampton Downs Rd interchange where I watched the other powerful machines blasted off to parts unknown on the SH! Shucks, they had pillion passengers and I could only watch them become small dots in the distance

    Cheers Guys & Gals!

What a fanfuckingtastic day! I don't think I saw a cloud in the sky all day....and I couldn't believe the pub didn't have the shades up! And only saw one all day too
Was cool to catch up with everyone thanks for the drinks Korn...they proved to be more of a throttle opener than a leg opener...eh Jimbo? Was a most excellent play on the Kaimais with you guys. I'm still grinning! Cool to see Peta on such a cool bike too.
    2much....Too much man! I'm speechless!
After Jimbo & Fred left me & Pete at the Kaimais we watched Fred go up & down another few times then we did the same and cruised home via Te Puke, stopped at Pikowai for ciggies, over my old favourite Braemar road, Rotomas then Hamurana and home. Wicked day out!
    Cheers DingDong!

ps I must say that this was my first road ride since my track day and it has added a whole new dimension to my riding!

I'm not working tomorrow, so if you're keen to do a mini ride somewhere (new tyre-scrubbing), I'd be keen to tag along.. give me a PM or txt 0274690696

    Hi Mate

You did really well and it was a pleasure having you along, we had a nice ride though the back blocks of Morrinsville but really I new where we were

You were in good company with a Busa, CBR1000 and Blackbird. Had a fantasic run back to AK with Rider in Black and Busa Pete both 2 up giving the traffic something to think about.

All in all a good day.

    cheers

Total Awesome Dudes and Dudettes. Had one very happy but butt-sore Pillion by the time we got Home. Trish did really well considering that this was only the 2nd WE I've had her on "Roxanne" and the last time she was on 1 was back when she was 16. Trish really enjoyed herself.
Super Big thanks ta BabyB for putting us up on Sat. Totally Awesome as usually
Sorry fa holding ya up Tau Riders. Got some silly Idea that ya were joining up at Gate Pa 9:15am not 8:15am. Got a bit of a panic on when BB2 reminded me it was 8:15am not 9:15am when I got up, LOL.
Two Much. Sorry about ya bin mate, but thanks for the demo of why protective gear is so important. Was not far behind ya, Trish got a good look at ya "Demo". She'll take me more seriously now re: protective gear. Hope ya sort ya ride out soon and that ya bod is not too sore mate.
Awesome ta catch-up with all of ya. Makes the ride down worth while.
Seems "Roxanne" is not only fooling the young riders, even 1 or 2 of the older ones get fooled into thinking "she's" a BlackBird Waylander even thought "she" was a ZZR
Awesome ride back with Busa, BigB and GiJoe. BigB, a little more warning on ya turns down the back roads would be cool So much for the short-cut GiJoe, Sorry fa leaving ya behind on the last bit before rejoining SH. Just decided that the Busa and BB were being lazy so opened "Rox" up ta make them work a bit harder

Sorry about that RIB so much for knowing the way It was great following you and Busapete back up SH1, must admit it was the quickest trip up that bit of road I've done in a long time.

    Cheers

TerminalAddict: Hope you managed to sort out your new tire today..
PaddyFZ1: Have a careful look at your tires.. was at a work lunch just now, and noticed a bit of TerminalAddict's-tire-problem sticking out of my tire.. turned out to be small piece of glass.. fortunately (due to the tires being brand new), no puncture got really worried though.. rode home from work leaning the bike on the left the whole way (glass was a bit on the right hand side of the tire).. tweezers did the trick, thanks to whoever invented those
