the oversized sewing machine - 93" model
removed baffles in airbox and muffler makes it louderer
repco pin stripping on front wheel fell off, no shit, it literally dropped off. dont buy repco shit!

Heres my too fiddy - it's the ducks guts and exactly a year old this week. And as seen in the photo, used in the manner intended. Long live too strokes.

I brought my bike with those things already done to it. But Ive had a look at the muffler and it looks like an uncomplicated process.

haha. the baffle is just perforated thin gauge steel sheet. If you wanted to get fancy you could get a dreamle (sp?) tool and cut it out nicely. But my ones had the former technique applied to it and it is LOUD. Louder than aftermarket. It actually sounds like a rota pulsing when its idling at lights. It always gets the rota heads looking.
You should get the carb rejetted but just get it done when you take it in for a carb balance and tune, which should be done farely routinely anyway. hope that helps. Definitely do it.... apparently it gives pretty good top end but I havent ridden a standard one so I cannot confirm.
ohh yeah I forgot, I have lowered the front about an inch and it improved the general handling alot
