    Unhappy Farking cost of ownership

It's been an expensive 7 days:

New tyres, chain + brakes: $500
    WOF + Rego: $250
Donations to the Helen Clark Popo fund: $570
    Licencing test: $80

    Total: $1400

Any guesses at which one gets the least value for my money? I'm sure others are in similar predicaments. Shit when it rains it pours ay. I thought getting into this two wheels good, four wheels bad mindset would save me money, instead I end up working for free this month

was some of that $570 for no wof or rego? seems like a funny number for a speeding ticket. costs ya $630 for a loss of licence speeds.

    Today:

    Dead water pump - $200
    Labour - $280
The wife now has to take the kids to school as I have to ride the mighty Biffbird to work while the car gets fixed.
    Priceless.

Bugger on the rest, but sounds like you deserved to contribute to the Police fund.

Not a dig at you personally, I just enjoy reading about and laughing at people who get caught out by the cops doing something wrong and then winge about the tickets and inform us how cops are not doing their jobs. I like the idea of riding and not having anyone ride into the side of me. As well as knowing my insurance would pay out

No L plate..... jeez noobies how many times do we need to tell you, bolt it on, wait for it to break off, keep it under your seat.

It's a myth that bikes are cheaper. I just forked out $640 for 2 tyres for the track day. Could do the whole car for less than that.
