The sound of my two stroke being rung out is the sweatest music I've found.

I can't listen to angry or fast music when I'm driving, it makes me want to kill people.

Yes Indy, we all know you are obsessed with top gun, days of thunder and anything else from a decade you were too young to remember or experience properly.

Sisters Of Mercy - A Slight Case Of Overbombing. Infectious gothic synthrock melodies you'll soon be nodding in your head in time to.
Soundgarden - Superunknown. Just plain good rock.
Dandy Warhols - The Dandy Warhols Come Down. Bohemian rhapsody (not the song).
A Perfect Circle - Mer De Noms. Sombre rock; appreciate the talent.
Depeche Mode - Ultra. Care for a bit of dark synthpop?
Portishead - Dummy. Laid back jazz hop. I could listen to Beth's voice for decades. A bit more sullen than the rest.
Queens of The Stone Age - Queens of The Stone Age. The new Soundgarden? Sweet Jesus, these guys are good.
The Mars Volta - De-loused in The Comatorium. They trascend a label but I'll try anyway. Progressive heavy jazz rock? Throw in a touch of Spanish influence for good measure.
Beck - Mutations. He doesn't release albums unless his lyrics make sense. Yeah right. Good easy listening, though.
Jane's Addiction - Strays. Why did they have to break up again? *cry* My person favourite. A good chance it'll be yours too soon if you give them a chance.

... and I'll think of more later.

edit: If you want my favourite songs from each album as a sampler, just ask.
