    I heard it on the 6:00AM news. I wasn't worried 'cause I knew I wouldn't get far.

First person I saw at work this morning (who is aware of my sympathies) burst straight into a little cursing session about the result so I wouldn't have hardly got in the door.

I note that although Rossi has not had a lot of practice making losing speeches, he did a nice graceful job of it.

    Bring on the 800s!

Certain rider who binned (5th lap I think). What a professional, he was on his feet and basicly chased his bike as it slid along so that he could rejoin the race.. Bloody awesome that guy in yellow..
If you love it, let it go. If it comes back to you, you've just high-sided!

I got to within 5 minutes of the download finishing and I poped into the CBR forums, and right smackbang in the middle of the home page,

I'm still amazed that a racer can ride for the top HRC team for 4 years, only win 3 races in those 4 years and still end up with a world title?

And if you don't know who won, why the hell are you in this thread?

Goddamn TVNZ gave the results on a banner at the bottom of the screen, I just looked up and caught that Hayden won. Bollocks!
Actually Hayden didn't win anything. (well maybe two races) He just hung around picking up points from others misfortune. Rossi is the true champion. 5 wins and a shitload of bad luck.
It was amazing to see a superbike rider show them the way home too.
