hey boomer, you made the news....

I have uploaded the pics i got here:
Most of them are blurry and from far off. And our photographer focused on our group mostly so there are only a few of other people sorry!
What better way could there be to fill a Sunday up than fangin it round the track?
Thanks to all the crew.
Hope the fella who lost the front coming onto the straight 2 feet in front of me is ok.
Yeah mate, good stuffStoked for that you felt good on the bike again…I know how much it sucks to be playing below your game.
You must have been pressing that knee in to the ground pretty damn hard, ‘cos I’ve never seen sliders with big melted waves of plastic hanging off like on yours. Def keep that one for show![]()
...
Bugger - that lil hurricane was imaculate as well.
How's the bruised Trumpy SN4PD? Are you going to get real friendly with your insurance company?
As I said previously - I was a bit worried about the fella that low-sided at the end of the last slow session - was anyone seriously injured yesterday? If not then I'll know for sure that bouncing along the track did him/her no lasting harm..(the bike slid but the rider bounced quite a bit on knees and elbows) My last sight of them was on hands and knees looking as though they were going to barf. Had to fight the urge to stop and help - knew best idea was for me to get off the track ASAP so the ambo could do it's thang if necessary.
In space, no one can smell your fart.
Thanks to all the crew. Came away with mixed feelings after only getting about 10 laps and no scratches.
Huge thanks to Quasi for on-site fabrication of rear brake, and Frosty for the idea!
Was good to meet you mate. I had an absolute ball, and you were part of it; a challenge to pass are those with more horsepower.
Slow: Some young nut on a blue Spada. T'was damn sexy and the bike didn't look too shabby either.
Medium slow: -
Medium fast: -
Fast: Sugilite, by far. As a rough figure, 1:43's or so! Faaark!
And Dover still smelt like wees too.
Peace hath higher tests of manhood
than battle ever knew.
With your ego, your head will swell and I AIN'T forking out for a new helmet, so pull your head in boy![]()
Was great to meet loads of new faces
The learning that takes place at a trackday can also be absorbed by osmosis, I rode home with a much higher skill level than I had on the ride up - go figure that one!!
Thanks too to Sels1 (sp) for a great ride in the pillion session - man, that bike of yours is smooth, and comfy pillion seat..oh, did I mention the pillion seat is comfy!!
Diarrhoea is hereditary - it runs in your jeans
If my nose was running money, I'd blow it all on you...
Great day. Got sunburnt. Gave hubby the learn (was it 3 times?
) Will be doin it again but staying the Sat night and Sunday....... Was f@#ked by the time we got home. Still sore

Only 1 small gripe - Could we possibly have the motards in their own group next time? (Maybe have 3 sportsbike groups and 1 for Motards) They take different lines to us, had a few close calls with them cutting infront - (someone even had their elbow knocked mid-corner) and I personally found them really off-putting (hence pulling into the pits then restarting again, just to get shit together). Is it just me or did others have the same problem? (I think they were only in the med/fast group?)
Otherwise bloody awesome day, learnt alot about the bike and my abilities - still no kneedown tho............might consider a trackday/race bike, bit cheaper to repair/replace than the R1/ZX10..........
Your da man Frosty.(except when you hold me in the pits and let everyone else go......eh

asked Mom if I was a gifted child ... she said they certainly wouldn't have paid for me.
