This is Georgia our Mainecoon kitten when we got her Oct, she is now bigger than a normal cat. Gonna be about 6kg.....dog chaser!

She already rules our Doberman and foxy.

And wants to eat the Ringnecks , Cockatiels, chooks and Golden pheasants.

    Got a bloody zoo!

If we showed you a picture of our Maroon-bellied Conure you would have us in front of the SPCA for abuse. She feather-plucks and is nearly completely bawled!!! We love her to bits and have spent a fortune trying to stop this behaviour but to no avail. We just have to love her how she is now.

My boy Morpheus - aka Morphie - aka "Hey, stop biting me, you crazy &%(*#&%"

    I my boy!

PS - and for those who don't like cats - he plays fetch and comes when I whistle. Not bad for a cat!

    Great site

What a great idea for a thread. After a bit of harassment at the begining, it has quickly turned into the tread it was meant to be. It has shown that many of us have pets and treat them like part of the family.

We have two horses, two dogs and two cats.

Only could find a picture of my horse, Cody. I do eventing and endurance(long distance racing) My other horse Warrior is now 29yrs but still going strong - Our dogs are a English Staffy, Betty and a Mutt, Yabba - both great dogs that love the beach and going with me and the horse in the forest.

    Two cats, Bear and Tigger

I must have missed this when it was posted TWO years ago as we were away getting married - but hey, here I am now!

The kittens are Shelby (white and tabby male) and Misty (charcoal and white female) and the cat is Smooch (tabby female). We also have two black swans and about nine or 10 sheep.

Hell, I feel guilty enough as it is - we had a sheep we'd been given as it had a broken leg. It healed and we bred from her last year but she had a bearing (I won't go into details, suffice to say it necessitated a visit from the vet and a lot of "ooh"ing and "yuck"ing) so we couldn't breed from her again. We don't have enough land to separate her from the ram so we asked some friends to take her to the works with their animals. While he was towing their ute out of our paddock with his 4WD, a neighbour mentioned he needed more stock (he doesn't have a ram) so she could have lived a long and happy life with his three ewes... and last week the woman told me Hoppy had been 'done'. As for the nine or 10, we sold eight lambs recently so I wasn't sure how many we had left - Sarge (the ram), Spot, Jenny, Madge, Flopsy, Snowy, Mocha, Milo (ewes) and Buffy. There - nine in total, plus Milly and Odile (the two black swans).

Don't actually like lamb that much and we need them as lawnmowers as our land is really steep! We just sell off the ones we don't need or the rams who decide to butt us!
