Big HUGE thanks to all who helped organize this Also to Trevor Strange for showing me lines and spending a whole session with me

I'll try have leathers by next trackday so I can get my knee down, muahaha

It was great to see you guys/gals again and meet new bikers. I didn't watch many laps of the 1st and 2nd groups, but you all looked really good out there in the few laps I saw

Did any one else find the concrete blotches bumpy?

Yep, they were a little.....I had a bit of a moment on one of 'em (turn 1) when I got on the edge of it still on the brakes, tucked the front real bad but managed to keep her upright......

What a day! It was my first time on the track and bot did i love it. Obviously a bit slow at the start, but i noticed my improvement troughout the day!

I met some cool new people who helped alot with how to actually get the most out of the day too.

I did find the new resurfacing on the second to last corner before the front straight a bit bumpy, but im sure that i wasnt putting the bike under enough pressure for it throw me off.

In summary: Great day! will be at the next one, hopefully with my other mate who couldnt make it due to electrical difficulties.

Why the fuck are people always going on about "I'm moving up to the fast group/medium group" or whatever? I mean, just because ya decide to "move up" doesn't mean you're actually riding any faster.

Why not be like that wally from the Shetland Islands on his tricked out K6 that "owns" the slow group?
Hi,I agree with the first part..........I really liked the "Shetland Islands" bit(very well put!),but the "owning" the slow group?I assume you are talking about the Jan 11th day...........due to small numbers, there were only two groups.
It was my first trackday ever,I had never even been down to the taupo track(old or new). So,in the interests of safety, both mine and everybody else's I went out in the slow group(virgin Shetland Islander wandering on and off racing line, braking early etc with express train of Pygmy types(Like yourself) roaring past)for two sessions. In those two sessions there were only two other riders,a Thunderace and a BMW?Both taking it easy. For the last four sessions,RM125King(blue R6 with loud pipe)and another dude(600 K6)joined the slow group. So for the other four sessions,I was average(3rd out of 5)and the two 600s owned the group.Talking to them both(before the first session) ,they had both been in a dozen+ trackdays.Since that "slow group"was fast enough for the 600s,who were clearly faster than me,it seemed like the right place for me to be......trying to hang on behind those guys after they passed me to hopefully learn something.
Trackday 2ukekohe.3 groups.I was in the slow group for 2 sessions(along with 2 honda 1000s etc.then moved "up" to medium group for last 4 sessions(plenty of other 1000s etc). Also was still getting passed by other riders.............And there were riders who should have been in slow rather than medium and vice versa.
    Trackday 3:Feb 3 Taupo....3 groups.All 5 sessions in medium group,along with other 1000s(ZX10,GSXR etc)Still being passed by others.
So..What's your point/problem?You have a little dick too?Obviously I have a small dick(Shetland Islander "owns" slow group on tricked out K6)......although I can understand why you were fooled into thinking it was at least average......little dick on Pygmy looks MASSIVE (relatively speaking)......on Shetland Islander:microscopic!Don't get all upset with your girlfriend (or boyfriend?)they're just telling you like it is.Look on the bright side.........you could be a Shetland Islander.....Ya dick looks really small and you try and strap 60 more kilos onto the back of your bike and see how that increases performance(haha).
Should I be riding faster for the sort of bike that I have? That's why I was at the track.Pointers from your GREATNESS!
    So......questions.......
Do you ride a bike?Or just talk about it?(at 6868 posts you have plenty to say!)
If so,it wouldn't be a Thunderace or BMW?
Your girlfriend.....sorry boyfriend owns a Thunderace/BMW?(they were both blokes)
Ya not a Pom are you?(whinge whinge)

And yes....busted!I have tricked out my bike.Trick improvements include:tank protector,Headlight protector, pack rack WITH pack, magnetic Tankbag,Michelin Pilot Power tyres(wore out original tyres and the bike didn't go fast enough, even for me,on the rims)......and a sheepskin when doing GCs etc(8 so far and the 1500 miler).
    VERY TRICK!!!!!
(if anybody wants to know where to get any of these ultra high performance bits to TRICK OUT their bikes PM me,I can't just let everybody know).

PS.I LOVE this posting shit.I don't think I wanna ride anymore.....just want to talk about it!Last one to 10000 posts is GAY!!!

    Is this the REAL The_Dover??

if not you've got the wrong end of teh stick Patrick? there's another gay gixxer thou rider from the shetlands with a small cock who's the brunt of the comments from Mt White Trash. And for a skinny c**t, White Trash rides faaaaast; not quite my fast.. but faast.

nice mods too btw, they'll eaily transfer onto the hog when you trade the gixxer in, once you realise what your sitting on
