Hmmmm give me a sec... just pondering on the fact that all your pondering appears to be around 1 and 2 in the morning..... unable to sleep?
They are great bikes, stick with it you will love it when its on the road.
The more I think about it the more I am convinced the problem of the bike cutting out under load is simply a fact of water in the carb bowl. The bike is also running a bit lean so time to through it on to machine at course I have decided to extend the current seat to the back of the bike, making it easier to lie flat on the bike and make a fibreglass shell to replace the present cowling (made from a storage container). I may even attempt to make a new fairing just for the fun of it.
Looks like a lot of fun still. Missed this years, and last year, and the one before.... Thank God got the bike and Licence back.
Good Read there KoroJ T'was fould weather coming home, now imagine us poor sprots bike riders (then QKKID with his tinted visor up!!!) Luckily our trip home was about 30mins shorter (don't know how that happened - maybe we found a short cut) we were back by 10 to 6 and avoided the women's rath (they would not have been happy to miss out on the hot pools) See you next year NN Nanna by name Nanna by nature
Great read .... don't like the sound of the weather .. but am impressed with your choice of accmodation
I been thinking of chopping one in half so there is one rotor and sticking it in a NSR/RGV. It fits really good in my imagination, just has to be done for real.
The leak was pretty slow so I figured it would be OK and I do carry a foot pump in the top box as well as a repair kit under the seat.
You are brave going for a ride after that loss of pressure. Is the tyre pressure still dropping?
