Well done Gremlin, on getting out there and looking at improving your skills. It would be lovely, if more people went that route. I am sure Advanced Riding would save some lives. Keep me up to date on your progress. I am so pleased that raftn did his IAM test. Way to go!! Tricia1000 Roadcraft School of Motorcycling Ltd., RoADA (Dip) Consultant to NZTA.

Fun and games with Gremlin about, by the time he (never) finishes modding his Beemer, it will end up like a KonigsTiger and invade half of Europe ...
Fun and games on the norfland route! Some good riding it seems!

According to BRONZ it's 1 December, but not yet confirmed.
Rather delayed posting Good ride though.
I think you're #1 on her hit list now
You write very well. I think your blogs should be copied & posted on advrider ridereports with pics included - there is good stuff here that should be shared with a bigger audience. Morocco has always been a dream for me to visit. I look forward to more reports.
Now that's some zen and motorcycling right there!
Nice read! Makes for some interesting observations when you are far and away from the maddening crowds!
A freind of mine has a 1976 Supersport, reg on hold. Needs new head gasket which she has. There is a second engine plus various bits. Got it running a couple of years back and it ran OK except for oil (head gasket) and carb leaks due to lack of use. Its now in a heated garage gathering dust in Wellington. Can get her to contact you if this might be of interest.
Nice to have you back Plum.
Hi Saw very few bike shops except one in zagora which catered for off road. I just rode on Metzeler tourances as 90 per cent is on tarmac. Good luck with your travels.
Bloody great read, I've subscribed now and cant wait to read more I'm currently in France, til Jan next year - when I return to NZ, and hoping to get a trip in to Morocco when the summer weather cools a little, maybe sept/oct. Did you come across many bike shops in either Southern Spain, or Northern Morocco where I could get a new knobbly adv type rear tyre pretty easily? Again, great blog, thanks!
Hi : Had some computor problems but will update to the end of the trip. Now in London watching the Olympics. Plum
