  1. Day 4 and 5 (more to come)

    Day 4 – Venice Explore

We wake to the sound of Rattely V twin and find that Bills mate has made it in after his Vincent (A much newer model (1961?) which has suspension) had broken down. After dropping the bike on the ground (too soft for the stand) and standing it up again he’s all good to pitch the tent and they’re both keen to come in to Venice so we have a quick bite and we head off to start the day in Venice together. Day 1 – Prague to Alpbach Austria

Woke up to some fantastic weather, clear blue skies and the kind of start to a ride you mostly dream about in this part of Europe, Spent a bit longer than anticipated cramming as much as we possibly could in to the new luggage, struggled down four flights of stairs in leathers and loaded the bike – already too hot to think about much else than getting going, or at least I was, Lenka had

  5. Blog Two

First Ride went without a hitch (oh unless one stall is a hitch). Pottered around the streets in the Eastern Burbs on Sunday morning - (Doesn't Time fly when you is having fun), went out around 11.15 after the showers & did a few stops n' starts then I thought I must see how much fuel I have so went to the Shell Station to fill up & zero the clock, this is where the stall took place when I stopped at the pump furthest away from anyone who may spot that this is the first time he's used a ...
  6. Buckets: The SMC Debut

The 19th of June meant buckets and posing, a combination that resulted in so much fun that it really ought to be outlawed! Between the rx125, fxr150 and bucket sidecar I managed to discover several muscles I had hitherto not been well acquainted with, meet a whole bunch of awesome people and do some quick posing on the side….

We arrived out at the kart track at the reasonable hour of 11am and the lads were delighted to see two other bucket sidecars down in the pit area. Success, both ...

  7. So why do I need to blog?

I guess I'll find out soon enough, so like a few things I've done in life, I'll charge right in and see where it gets me...not that I'm expecting it to get me anywhere. Kinda like a dear diary I s'pose...mixed with a loudhailer...to anybody willing to listen. Kinda queer I reckon.

Been stuck in Oz for the last 6 weeks in Puckapunyal, about an hour and a half north of Melbourne. Army course. I won't bore you with all the details but suffice to say I'm hanging out to get home to the ...
