  2. Any one know where I can source a

    Hi-Viz motorcycle jacket with CE approved armour in shoulders, elbows and back. Have found a few on overseas sites but not too trusting of those..

    If you know of where I can source one I would appreciate it. Saw some technic ones at the Parliament ride but their site does not list them.

    Ok I am happy with the look ( sort off)

    The battery box area might change

    I know the areas that need to be modded such as the trail ,,

    So now I construct a database of the parts and figure out how and by whom they are to be made

    and the cost !

  4. Lusting and fulfilment

    Well it's like this, I used to ride bikes - starting with a borrowed solex moped. Then I bought my NSU 250 Max, what an awesome (if slightly heavy and old by the time I got it) machine that was. I still want it back if you've got it.
    Then on to Triumphs, I had quite a few. The 70 500 trophy was another stand out ride. It handled like a dream and was often found zipping past much bigger machines along the summit road on top of the Port Hills near Christchurch. I tried one of last BSA lightnings ...

    I know its a sad thing to get exited about but one of my b-day prezzies was some purple screen screws for the ZX6R!! been wanting some for ages - YAY!

  7. Killing Time Between Big Rides

    Two weeks on and the Grand Challenge is now just another memorable ride that resulted in a clean-up job for the bike that took about 2½ hours, thanks to the incessant rain and wet roads. Since then I haven’t done much riding. Just a wee jaunt around the bays last week, I attended the ACC protest rally at parliament yesterday and today we had a Ulysses social (short) ride.
