i just bought myself a race / trackbike,so want to know if i should leave the tyre warmers turned on in between sessions all the time? as some guys are telling me once you come of the track to leave them cool down slowly by putting the warmers on but not turned on (power) then 20 mins before you go out ,turn power on ?is this the correct way of doing this? as iam running slicks and want to do it the best way.thanks OLC

It was a great day for a ride and I got to get out for a blast. Off to Mokau I went. Imagine if you will, past Waitara long dry roads, light traffic, and long sweeping corners. Up and over a wee hill called Mt Messenger, over for a coffee in Mokau and back. Me and the bike in tune, riding your ride etc…….. ....and I should have been out riding, but no, training called and I hit a 17km road walk in 2 hrs 48 minutes. Now hanging out for a beer but there is no waym cant undo the good. Fathers day tomorrow, me and the wee man out for brekkie and then the zoo, might get a ride in later on.

She looks like she was raced at some point due to some modifications; Running a 17 inch instead of an 18 inch rear wheel. The exhaust is from god knows what with balancing pipes between each of the header pipes and a different muffler. The air intake has been changed ...
Yep, no beer since the weekend. Have been offered a few, have certainly felt like a few but have abstained. The weekend is approaching which means more training and thus more cravings for a cold one.....but I shall resist...
