2008 Suzuki GSR600: Mid Sized Muscle – Heavy Weight ActionBy Anthony Bradford – Photograph by Kotahi-Manawa Bradford Suzuki released this motorcycle as a mid sized 'Street Fighter'. However, the machine is a lot more versatile than just that. Through my time with the bike, I've found it good for weekend rides, commuting, sports riding, mid-range touring and it would be far from disgraced being ridden at track days. Taking it's styling cues from the newly released and acclaimed ...
2008 Honda CRF250R Ride Impression By Anthony Bradford: photographs (below specs section) by Fiona Dickinson Arriving to pick up the Honda CRF250R from Dannevirke Honda, I cast an appraising eye over the machine, noting the usual high build quality we have come to expect from Honda. Top shelf Renthal aluminium handle bars are a welcome addition and point to just how serious Honda is in providing a race-ready bike right out of the crate. I took the CRF out to ...
02/04 After dropping my bike off at TSS for it's 8000km service. Grub turned up for a coffee and a chat. Didn't really want to go to the dirty, unclean McBun just up from TSS, so Grub suggessted a nice cafe in Jackson Street, petone "The Screaming Turtle". So it was on with the gear and up onto the back of Grub's bike. My first time as a pillion I might add. Okay totally different sensation that was. Sitting there, upright, not holding onto anything in front ...

I have a idea..... Has anyone, or does anybody know of anyone, who has successfly put a 12a or a 13b mazda rotary into a sportsbike?? I'm not talking about a Norton 588cc or anything like that (which I must say, at this time, is my dream bike) I'm thinking a 1200cc or 1300cc, maybe even bridgeport or turbo or both. We all know of V8s ending up in choppers, which is cool if you're into things like that, but we're here on this site looking up sport/road bikes, and ...

Finally got some work done on the Suzuki! Since the front forks were crooked, we took them off. One has to go to the shop for fixing, the other we are going to fix ourselves. The front cover on the fork was badly cracked, so we started to repair the plastic. Obviously we still need to sand it and then paint it. So far the shape looks great. ...
Day One from Grubs point of view Sorry it took so long, people to see, places to go, things to do ... and all that. Once I got home, I realised that I'd hardly taken any pics because I have a new phone and hadn't worked out the taking pics bit. Then when I did take them, they're the same as what the others did ... oh well We had a good group leaving Rimutex myself CBR600, Dingoz (he made this happen) with the two-tone GT250R, Diego (he caused it to happen) on his Yammy ...
