The following Youtube links show a guy using a clamp and pressure pack can of cable lube. Was able to get mine done this morning and is pretty straight forward, but it is a bit of a messy job. Tip put an old towel or bucket on the ground beneath where you are holding the cable and injecting the lube. Ok, so that was my adventures so far with Pamela the sexy bucket.
