hey folks...new to this and looking for people to go riding with. you get together much for rides? always over to the 'rapa' for thoze yummy cafe au lait's, or you go go elsewhere as well? the loop to Palmy etc? weekends away? if not already riding the 4 legged horse, keen as to ride the 2 wheeled beast... went on the biker ride this morning in support of chch - bout 120+ bikes! orsum! met some good people. later,saw one rider 'down' on the hill this avo - not so good.. take care out there folks.. and hear from ya huh.. Welcome to the group. It isn't very active at the moment. Most of the riders (myself included) which were active at the beginning of this group now seem to communicate on the Wellington Riders page of Facebook. Now sitting at 219 members. All good and well if you have a Facebook account of course. Other threads on here to watch out for where impromptu rides get organised are Wednesday Night Rides and Kapiti Weekend Rides Meeting up today at 10.30am at Caltex, top end of Fergusson Drive, Upper Hutt (also known as Rimutex) for a ride over to Gladstone to go and see the Cliffhanger Hillclimb.
