I have started a bit of a thread here which has a couple of rides on it. send me a message if you want to meet or be shown around Marlborough.

There are two kinds of adventurers: those who go truly hoping to find adventure and those who go secretly hoping they won't. We should come home from our adventures having faced their perils and uncertainties, endured their discomfort and beaten the odds, with a sly acknowledgment and revitalised solidarity of character.

Have a look at my web site advroutes It has a few to start with but the locals will tell you about other places to ride.

    Hi Fred

We met in Picton outside the bar on Thursday evening.

I have used the advroutes web site a lot - there are some really great rides on it - highly recommended

    cheers

It's held together with red insulation tape but it's still waterproof and still works.
I've got some older searchable maps on it but I think they're only of the South Island.

I upgraded to a Garmin Quest and use this one for a bit of GeoCaching.

Do you use the bar mount?

We could meet up somewhere tomorrow but I'm off to Dunedin at 4:30pm.

If we don't get together I'll leave it at Murray McLean Motorcycles in Vanguard Street.

Have a play with it and if it's going to work for you then have fun. Otherwise just drop it back to the shop.
