I don't plan on breaking down so they aren't needed.....yet
I have riden with a two different people who use the hazard to warn riders behind them of hazards (gravel etc on road), this is espially useful if someon enew to road and other person more experniced.
Suzuki has them, the aprilia does not.
The BMW F650CS I used to own had hazard lights, and I think one of the other half's Beemers has them too.
Yes, I am pedantic about spelling and grammar so get used to it!
My ZRX1200R, ST1300, FJR1300 and SL750 have all had hazard lights. Ditto for Mrs H's two Marauders and how her Bandit.
Perhaps a better question is which bikes don't have hazard lights?

my viragos got hazards... ive used them a couple of times when im riding in less than satisfactory conditions like fog or in tunnels, also if im stopped on the side of the open road for any reason. neither of my gn250s had them, which sucked.

My BMW has them. Push both indicator buttons together to switch them on.

No point in having hazard lights on a GSXR1000, because the rear ones are always pointing into the ground, and the forward ones always point toward the sky, so unless you're signalling to airplanes there's really no point.
