    Well, what do you think?

I mean, how easy would it be to get parts for them or anything?!

They look like crap, but I suppose they would be a great start.

Well, if you've got $3K you could get some reasonable stuff second hand,
hell I only paid $3500 for this, 1997 CBR600F, it came with enough stuff that I could register and WOF it for road use.

Anyone have a photo of the Chinese made bike?

It depends what you gonna use the bike for. If you want a budget bike to get around in, then I suppose it is ok. If you are a bike lover and want the best performance and handling, then get a second hand Jap bike and mod it up.

Why the hell wouldn't you buy a GN250 for the same price?

Arrow Dunno how good they are.

However I see no good reason why I would change from something good to the unknown.

Nah I want a trail bike, already have a road bike (CG125)

I heard that they have good motors (they use honda motors) but the frame and forks are a bit iffy, can bend easily, so I might steer clear because I'll probably be crashing a bit cos I'm inexperinced offroad, and I'll get an XR250 or an XL250 or somthing.

Biggest I can get is a 250 cos I'm on my learners.

I wouldn't worry about the cc limit, the cops aren't going to be doing licence checks where you'll be going..
