It shouldnt count when you get hit by drunk cage drivers.
and my last crash was by that dam truck that turned out of a driveway without looking. Still waiting for an update on that as they lied about who was driving and they had just finished the friday afternoon drinks. Builders.
    Never took days off though.
THIS IS JUST NOT FAIR TO MOTORCYCLE RIDERS
If you are behind meDont ask as I am lost too.

I've only been riding one week! There is no way that I will be able to afford 2 cars plus a bike especially as I have a young daughter!

Been here 4 years and never claimed, I do however have medical insurance so would be more likely to claim on that than on ACC.

I have been riding motorcycles (on and off-road) for 55 years and have made one ACC claim! (eighteen months ago)

That was for an X-ray and a little bit of physiotherapy on a broken shoulder blade!

Other than that, they didn't do anything else but confirm the fracture!

The off was my own fault, not looking where I was going!

If ACC would have been in existence back in the 1950's it could have been two claims in 55 years of riding.

I had to get my ear stitched back on due to an accident caused by a truck driving at night without any bloody lights, crossing my path!

They put a compulsory stop sign up "after" the accident and tried to charge me for not stopping at it!

Didn't charge the truck driver at all!

Nothings really changed in 55 years, has it?

Public perception is still, "motorcycles are dangerous" Utter bullshit!
