And, you take that line with me again lad, and we'll be having words, and not nice ones.

What WILL fuck us over badly is if your obsessional rancid hatred of every other motorcyclist gets picked up on. "Taupo motorcycle dealer admits that motorcyclists are dangerous , selfish etc etc and definately deserve to be taxed off the roads". Just what we need. You sort *YOUR* shitt out, and rein in your "Everything in the world is our fault and we all deserve to suffer horribly" shit until this is over.
I'm planning on being there on Wednesday night. (And yes, by that time my cheque should be banked so I will be a financial member of BRONZ).

You can then take whatever line with me you like.

If you are placing yourself as a figure head for this action you would be well advised to think before you open your mouth.

There's no time for a (new) vote on who is "figurehead", and someone needs to do it, so just fucking back off.

This is not the time for inter-rider bickering. (Geez, today I waved at a scooter. (Poor bugger nearly fell off)).

You may not like that particular word from Ixion, but I think it was well advised. I think that politicain needs to know how unhappy we are. Ixion was not suggesting we crap on his letter-box or something.

There's also not much time available to have every statement run through the Katman "will this offend little old lady's" filter.

Edit: sadly I've just realised the jury service I signed up for before this ACC thing came out (see what a good citizen I am?) may mean I can't legally join the ride. If that's the case (depends exactly when the ride is) I hereby offer to Ixion to pay half the cost of his petrol during the protest. As thanks for doing stuff for all of us.

What the fuck is that going to achieve?
I'm just glad that someone has stood up and is organising something, and now is not the time for arguments.

Refering to Members of Parliament, who we may well need to rely on the support of, as 'bints' is not going to do us any favours.
So, are you going to contact her or not? You can report results on Wednesday.

I thought you were going to contact her.

Just don't call her a 'bint'.

No, I delegated it to you, in light of sensitivities and all that. In a post which also seems to have disappeared.

We're looking at that, only thing is initial indication is that they don't want to do anything until january. When/if they do, we'll certainly look at joining them, but I don't know that it would be wise to defer all action until january (especially as the MPs are on holiday them )
