    Auckland Bikeoi

I see plenty of talk of bikeoi to parliament etc but for those of us in the big smoke is there any sort of protest action in the works? I searched... found nil.

I would also like to do the Auckland to Wellington ride but I haven't ridden that far ever before and I've only had my Triumph a few weeks so I wouldn't do it on my own.

Im hoping some of the experienced riders from Auckland organise a group ride down.

Dont stress, there will be plenty of people to keep you company It is a big, challenging ride for a lot of people that is a given. The best thing
though is there are a lot of riders that are more than happy to watch over and look after the ones that are going to find this trip a challenge. I am busy as a bee organising acommodation along the way so the trip can be split for those that cant to it in one hit

There is something in the making for an 'Auckland Protest Ride' (not to Wellington I cant make it) but not ready to post it just yet, maybe later in the week, will be going over some details tomorrow. It will be a local event possibly prior to the Wellington BIKEOI, pending a phonecall tomorrow, the date and thread could be up by Thursday.
