Not sure about time of meeting in Wellington but Masterton Ulysses is leaving at 10.15am and meeting others in Carterton 10.30 am, Greytown10.35 am , Featherston10.50 am.
Many of us will also support the 17 Nov Wellington protest which of course should have many more bikes involved.
[Edit] - found details on KB Calendar:
12.30pm, Parliament grounds by Seddon Memorial (no bikes in the grounds), organised by Ulysses Club.
And what exactly is "the event"? I want to go there and show support at 11am, but I have had to fight off the missus ("the Boss") who wants me at home to help prepare for a halloween party later.
So I am not going to be hanging around for too long... just long enough to check the cool bikes out, meet and greet and to show John Key that We Should Not Be Fucked With.

I just rang the management centre at Manukau Westfield Mall and got put through to customer services (management had already closed) and was told that any requests for flyer distribution on the grounds (both inside the mall and including the carpark) must have permission from management.
Unfortunately management aren't there again until Monday morning. So options are to hand them out on the footpath around the mall (which the mall has no say in) or risk handing them out on the grounds but potentially getting into trouble with mall management.
On a busy Saturday in a mall you will probably get away with handiong out leaflets for about 10 mins before being moved on by security. That's all they will do - move you on (or if they are feeling really mean they will ask you to pick up any dropped leaflets). Not a biggie in my experience.
There is no such thing as bad weather; only inappropriate clothing!
