    Damn the Levies.
    Waxxa, thats gold mate

Thank you, its been a lot of work to get this far and I loathe to think it may be wasted on a few people with thier own agenda

I am under NO illusion that anyone HAS to adhere to 'MY' guidelines

We stand to make history here, most bikes ever in one spot, most people ever to visit Parliament.....

    Peace

Word is out with bikers who have nothing to do with KB ..the non KBers I know dont wear nor ever will wear Hi Vis vests either, but we are all united in this cause. Regardless of what we ride we are all affected. As far as what I can tell there will be bikes turning up at Parliament on the 17th..not Westpac Stadium..and it is a freedom of choice after all. The date is the 17th November for a united front of motorcyclists to Parliament.. thats the word..

Sigh. *WE* , the BIKERS will be turning up at Parliament steps. But y' gotta park the bike SOMEWHERE , f' fucks sake.

I ride my bike to work everyday. Doesn't mean I ride the bloody thing into my office!

I park it in the car park! Prking it in the car aprk doesn't mean I didn't ride to work, right?

    What's the difference here ?

It's the bikers we need there not the machines.

If it was the bikes that mattered we could just arrange for the bike shops to ship a whole laod in , and stay home ourselves.

Will some of your panties bunch if you have to walk that far?

Moderate your own behavior and let Mr Plod worry about the dickwads. There will be plenty of both on hand.
If nothing else it could be entertaining.

Can you assist in getting the ACCURATE info out on the Bush telegraph then please?

At the meeting points the briefing will clearly tell people where the destination is, eg Park at STADIUM

I know a lot of joe publics are going to miss this message, but our onsite Marshal,s and the Council, will ask them to go to stadium once the limited parking at Molesworth is full

Thank you all, im no longer going to read this thread its just getting repetative now
Might ring a few radio stations.........

Its a reasonable request, and a historical opportunity to hold the BIGGEST rally ever at Parliament, as well as park the MOST bikes ever in NZ at one place

Sorry stoney i think you might be in for a shock because i don't beleive this is going to be bigger that the 93 protest.

Check your own registar 358. I know that is only on kb and we have to take into consideration those that don't registar but let's take it to a 1000 for kb which i believe has a few members (Cant be bother looking that up) you still have to come up with 5000.

I think it will be pretty obvious , when people arrive and "helloooo, parking's all full. Shit, wot to do. Hey that guy's indicating that we can park down there. hurrah"

This whole issue is a total storm in a tea cup.

If y' ride to parliament, and y' want to yell at the MPs (or whatever rocks your boat) as opposed to riding there , doing a U turn and riding home, then y' gonna need to park up somewhere.

If we only get 100 bikes, then they'll all park in molesworth St right at the gates. But if all the people who reckon they're going do actually turn up , then that won't work. just not enough space.

So, where's the next closest place that we can park. Wow, , gee, the Stadium. Lucky that.

United we stand, devided we are nothing more than the rabble we have been presented to the public as already

If unhappy with group ride, come alone early, we can park you at parli or the Stadium

Several bike shops staff are coming on the day, and they cannot all get to the meeting points

Once Parliaments LIMITED space is taken up, we will be directing riders to the stadium anyway, PLEASE come in peace everyone, please.....

    Peace to you all
Well said Stoney ..... I'm sure come Tuesday most will have vented their spleen anyway... your doing a top job. you'll have plenty of back up should things go awry. cheers W

A lot of non Welly peeps might not know that between Parliament and the railway station is a very large bus terminal and some major intersections....Welly buses don't have a sense of humour....the stadium is the safest and by far the best place to park

Correct. "Hello, just so you know, that giant bunch of people with all the bikes parked at the stadium are voters and have decided to turn up and let you know that we aren't going to vote for you next time around, simply because you've made it your business to tell the NZ public that motorcyclists are thickies and deserve everything they get."

A properly constructed campaign of civil disobedience can be launched after all avenues to access a consultative process are closed.
