    Harold: Govt Backs off

No - I'm not enumerating poultry. But this made a nice start to the day.

    Neat write up.

I do hope Phil Goff isn't going to push the "It's all cagers fault" rhetoric too hard.

Breakfast (TV1) has JK on in about 2 mins to talk about ACC etc.
Edit: Nothing more than was said last night.
However, I have to say, there is ONE thing I like about JK. When he is probed for an answer he will usually (if he can) answer it and from what he personally thinks, unlike many politicians who blavel on, change the subject and generally beat about the bush leaving you sitting there thinking "Just answer the fucking question!!"

I wouldn't hold my breath... the war has only just begun... and we will see what they come up with...

in reality we should be organising more local protests and another national one to keep up the pressure...

And his answer was along the lines of "truth be told the proposed raises are probably justified".........

I do like the way it was written, especially the "nicknames" part. And they were only talking about the nicknames of the fella's on the nifty's!

haha you'll have to let people recover and pay back the debt for this one. Having anything on a weekend is almost pointless but can you imagine how many more riders you'd get!

On Breakfast this morning he was asked about ACC paying for a new leg for Graham Burton, now that was funny, he essentially said that he personally thought he was a scumbag and could get fucked, however the law as it stands at the moment doesn't think that, but they are in the process of trying to change it.

It's interesting to keep an eye on the discussions held during the Parliament debates. This is from yesterday http://www.parliament.nz/NR/rdonlyre...00000007_1.pdf
    pages 6&7, 8&9 are relevant.
