I was riding through Ngongotaha (Rotorua) towards Hamurana, quite happy cause I just picked up my gum and patches to give up smoking!
I was behind two cars which turned into side streets(the street with 4square on it and the street between the two corner bakerys). I looked down at the speedo(as you do....well should anyway) I was going about 45/50ks which is the speed limit, I look up and with in half a second I was on the ground screaming, trying to breath.
A man in a toyota surf didnt see me and went to do a Uturn. (fucking dorklanders!!!! SERIOUSLY!!) I hit just infront of his front tyre, took his headlight off.
So here I am in fetal possion in the middle of the ground winded. next thing I know theres like 10 people around me trying to talk to me and touching so I tell them to all FUCK OFF! dont fucking touch me, fuck off you cunts etc etc etc. obviously i wasnt broken i was breaking and moving around, yeah? Then i saw how broken my bike was. I've never screamed so loud in my life, and continued to not cooperate.
half of the people backed off blah blah blah the ambulance came (something i was very pissed off about) and the cheeky cop took my key and didnt tell me(why the hell cant they do their jobs properly!!!).
No broken bones according to the doctor. sprained wrist(which i actually need xrayed again), thumb, pulled limgiments in my knee.the physio therapist half fixed that tho so I can walk again.but everthing is STILL sore.

    My poor wee bike

The good news is....insurance. I now have a new bike(even tho im still really sad about minton)

Wow thats a nice looking bike, looks like its in good nick too.
Gutted about your 150r though. and glad you are all ok!, coulda been alot worse,

same happened to my friend but he couldnt walk for 2 days due to severe swelling in his "crotchal region" guess you dont have to worry about that though!

Yeah man those motorists are complete arseholes....fuck especially when they come over to help you, to make sure your okay, best to scream and tell them all to fuck off cause they are all tarred with the same brush, all drive cars etc, then limp and crawl over to the gutter and die.

No bloody wonder people are to scared to go and help people when they are in need help (like this person who posted seemed to be) the way they were carrying on, and all the screaming seemed to be over was some piece of metal called a bike...and it was insured...what a baby.

So do you not give a shit about your bike then? Some people here care a lot about their bikes, its more than metal to them. They have flaws, and they have good points, and despite all being similar they are unique. Not too dissimilar to say a pet... I'd be pissed if my bike was destroyed and its only a GN!
