Yeah, it was on National Radio this morning too.

There's more than one way to skin a cat.

"Someone" needs to have a crack at the "journalists" using Web Forums as a reliable news source.
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?

Not just journo's mate. When I was flatting with someone who was (think still is) John Keys press secretary a few years ago he was logged onto as many internet forums as he could to get dirt or see what people were saying regarding politics. He was even logged onto some Gay rights forum as well. They are everywhere, checking out everything.

I also harbour concerns that Sunday at Mission Bay is playing directly into TV3 hands.

They have already made their editorial position known - focusing on the crash at the protest ride eg.

They could easily use an opportunity/interview with a hacked off can't-get-a-car-parker to our disadvantage.

Good luck to those attending and please tell them that 'this is an independently organised protest.'

While I absolutely oppose targeting any business in this way, our message has found its way into the paper and onto radio yet again.

Mr Smif and Mr Key got another reminder over brekky that we are still around, and that we plan more, and more and more protests.

Remember ACC is just a tax.

And its turning out that increasing ACCs revenues by less than 1% is creating much more pain for the Government than its worth.
David must play fair with the other kids, even the idiots.

I hear you Dave, thats why we must make sure the person they choose to interview has one of our flyers explaining why.

We should craft some statements for everyone to parrot if a camera is pointed at them.

that is how the pro's do it. With mental keywords.

The powerful lobby group that the retailers association which westfield mall is part of, will put pressure on the nats, to give bikers what they want?

They will support us by default?

I am sure they are watching this forum but they claim they were sent notification about the protest.

How many of the motorists who can't get a park are going to smile and say I support you?

If you hit someone with a stick 5 out of 10 will probably hit you back and the other 5 will put up defences to block you out.

    This protest is just dumb.

Y'know, the PERFECT way to address those concerns, would be for bikers to park up in all the spaces.

Then, when they see a car looking for a park, a noble biker beckons to the car, says " I see you are looking for a park. I'll give you mine and share with that bike there, I can do that because I'm on a motorcycle. But if the government tax us off the road, I'll be forced into a car, and I wouldn't be able to assist you, Here , have a leaflet".

Moves bike, grateful public, message conveyed. next car park that come empty, bike takes it, rinse lather repeat.

That shows us as good guys, AND gets our message across.

I believe it is illegal for two vehicles to be occupying one park. The wardens would be able to ticket both bikes as they would be "unable to ascertain" who was there first. So yes it would be look nice to the motorist, it would be a field day for the revenue collectors.

    Course... I could be wrong.
